The process, generally, includes collecting a decedent’s assets, liquidating liabilities, paying necessary taxes and distribution of property to heirs.
Real Estate Law — Our firm represents clients in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property land and the structures attached to it. We review and draft purchase agreements, examine title issues and correct title problems, prepare closing documents, and attend or conduct closings. We also prepare other real estate documents such as leases, easements, mortgages and contracts for deed. All of our services are performed conscientiously and with expertise.
